Custom frame builds typically take between 8 to 12 weeks from the date your design is finalized and the deposit is received, depending on our current production queue.
Do you offer international shipping for bikes and components?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country.
What is your return policy for bicycles and parts?
We accept returns on unused components and apparel within 30 days of purchase. Complete bicycles and custom-built frames are non-refundable, but we stand by our craftsmanship with a limited lifetime warranty.
How do I determine the correct frame size for my height?
Each product page includes a detailed geometry chart. If you are between sizes, we recommend contacting our fit specialists with your inseam and reach measurements for a personalized recommendation.
Are Wilde Bicycle frames compatible with electronic shifting groupsets?
Most of our modern frames are designed with internal routing options compatible with both mechanical and electronic shifting systems like Shimano Di2 and SRAM eTap.
Does my new Wilde bike require professional assembly?
