At Wilde Bicycle Co., we stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to love your ride. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns on uninstalled components and apparel in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our Minneapolis workshop.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our mechanics inspect the items for quality, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
